Edward Rosenbaum, the managing partner of Rosenbaum, Rollins & Olah, P.C., has been with the firm since 1968. A graduate of Wayne State University, Edward is involved in promoting the university’s program of Ethics in Business in memory of Paul Kelman, a former partner of the firm. Edward is a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs. As well as being the managing partner of the firm, Edward specializes in providing consulting and tax services for his clients.
Daryl T. Rollins, the administrative partner of Rosenbaum, Rollins & Olah, P.C., has been with the firm since graduating from the University of Detroit in 1972. Daryl provides the firm with a variety of tax and accounting skills, as well as maintaining the quality control program, which is vital to the success of the firm. Daryl is a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and a member of the Texas State Society of CPAs.
James R. Olah, the tax partner of Rosenbaum, Rollins & Olah, P.C., has been with the firm since 1987. A graduate of the University of Michigan – Dearborn, Jim provides the firm with his knowledge and experience in the tax field, as well as accounting services. Jim is a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
Jeremiah J. Thomson has been with the firm since graduating from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2005. In addition to providing clients a litany of tax and accounting services, he is also the firm’s research specialist and information technology expert. As such, Jeremiah is in charge of implementing and maintaining the firm’s hardware infrastructure, including the safeguarding of all digital client data. He is a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
In his spare time, Jeremiah enjoys coaching little league baseball as well as cheering on his alma mater (Go Blue!) in collegiate sports. He is also an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Red Wings.
